Using v14.40.0 36468 Cannot delete items from shopping list. Also, can no longer check off purchased items.

Put in my first pick up order today in the app. Could not select car type and color. Very frustrating.

Ever since May 2023, when TFM upgraded their app, it went from phenomenal to disaster. After the change it took about four (4) months before they “fixed” my account and I could order again. This alleged upgrade was supposed to improve the ability for Loyaltymembers to access in-store pricing via the app but all it’s actually done was create multiple IT tickets that customer care cannot resolve. Their call volume increased sharply just regarding the app failed interface and the move women that field those calls were so overwhelmed. TFM has several stores along the eastern seaboard from Florida to New York. I’m not sure who (mis)handled this endeavor but it’s a major disappointment! One star is being generous.

Always a great shopping experience at the Fresh Market. The app is very glitchy though. It won’t allow myself to stay signed in on their home app page. It seems like I’m signing in via a portal in their app that takes me to their actual website but has the app running behind.

It used to work ok. But the app always thinks I’m in a different state. I can update it when I start shopping but it wants to do check out in a different state and doesn’t allow me to update.

Crashing will no go past login.

Could’ve been a great app, but it glitches all the time it won’t accept my card. It just throws the phone completely out of the app even when I try to login it throws me out and I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it. It had a ton of potential, but the team managing the app clearly isn’t managing anything..

Every single time there is an update, it won’t let you log in. Completely a waste of time to have the app since it wont give you access to you account.

The creator of this app understands exactly why people choose to grocery shop in Fresh Market. It’s clean, organized, great recommendations for generic search words. I will always be fine to pay more at Fresh Market for these types of experiences. Thank you!

Honestly. First of all, TFM store is great but we aren’t reviewing the store, we are reviewing this poo poo app. I can’t even add my debit card. Thought maybe I’m crazy and tried entering my other debit card. Nope, another error. I know it’s NOT me, but tried again anyways with my credit card. Every time I tried to add a card it gave me an error message. I had already shopped and picked out my items and everything but couldn’t check out because it wouldn’t let me add a card to pay. I ended up going in person to a closer grocery store. I feel like this app has always been glitchy and also just not used friendly all around. Time for new developers, TFM! If you are near a store, just go inside- don’t bother with the app.
