The Friary, Carrickfergus

Nothing beats sitting in the house, getting the order in and just having a minute’s wait in the chippy at the collection time you’ve picked. Ive been using it for over 9months now and works a treat.

Giving 2 stars as I made my first app order yesterday and got 20% first order discount. Sadly the portion was pitiful, perhaps it was discounted too. My 3 lunchtime specials had less than 1 portion of chips combined. And those we did receive were very undercooked. (There was 1 other customer in so not too busy). I usually collect and the portions do vary but are never this small. On form it is the best chippy in Carrick 5* but it's hit and miss.
