The Halo App

You guys should pull this app. I’ve had it for a few weeks and it has not worked at all. I get the same error as everyone else. Pull it, send it to QA, figure out the bug while it’s in your test box then try again. This has the opportunity to be a great app. But you’re starting out pretty bad. If you need help testing, reach out to some of the people that are having problems and we can help you out.

Does this app work anymore ?!?!!

Downloaded, figured I’d give it a try. But I’m unable to do so… the app just tries to load until it finally crashes and closes out. I see a lot of other similar statements in the reviews… may be something to fix.

Looking at the reviews, it looks like this app doesn’t work for anybody. That’s because, this app literally won’t even open for anybody. That’s disgusting. Out of all the reasons for this app to not work for somebody, it’s because the app just won’t load? That’s ridiculous.

Has anyone ever been able to open the app? I’ve tried several times to no avail. I’ve left it for a long time and the only message I get is: Something went wrong, retry.

I’m having trouble getting the app to open, I’ve reach out via messenger, commented on Facebook, I’ve even tried to send an email but I haven’t gotten a response. I was able to use the app up until this month, never got a loan offer but I was able to put in a request but now I can’t even open it. Is the company still in business?

I just download the app on 2/20/23 and, right after the first popup asking for permission to allow popups, I keep getting another vague error message: Error — something went wrong. Please try again. The button says “retry” And then every time I click, I get the same message. I tried removing the app and downloading it again. Sending this message to hopefully help your team fix this bug on iOS. 5 stars to help support your cause.

Download the app and an error keeps popping up. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still doesn’t work. You really need to fix this or take the app down. It’s really frustrating. Especially if you need to get into the app if you have an active loan. I’ll keep checking if it gets fixed and then if so I’ll edit my review. For the time being if your looking for a peer to peer app Solo Funds is amazing.

Can’t even create an account. Keeps saying it’s unable to send a SMS verification code.
