I love how achievable the meditations are on this app. The way Fleur asks you to relax into it and gets you solely thinking of your breath, in a realistic, non expectant way, is a beautiful start to each unique meditation. My all time favorite is the Mountain, Ocean and Sky meditation. I listen to my intuition each day and am guided to a variety. All of them wonderful. Thank you.

What did I ever do without Fleur’s micro moments?! A little bit of peace and calm that I’ve grown very quickly to look forward to. So achievable, and bringing me right back to the most beautiful place inside myself. It’s always there, I just needed to make accessing it a habit. I love this app!

Fleur’s voice is so nice to listen to. I love the Aussie accent. I have been doing the micro meditations. It’s so easy. You get reminded each day and they only take five minutes. It feels achievable given how busy I am. Would recommend this app for sure.

I love the simplicity of this app, and yet its content is diverse enough to appeal to both beginners and experienced meditators.
