Despite the name this is not a Catholic Bible. Deeply disappointed.

Disappointed

This app never had any games advertised on it before, so why now? I don’t like reading the Bible and having games advertised before I even start to read. I deleted the app because of the games being advertised.

So many bugs…

I really want to love this app because I’ve paid for the ad free version however, I’ve submitted several things of feedback regarding all the bugs and nothing ever changes. The New Testament progress doesn’t sync, none of the fonts read appropriately. It’s just frustrating. Maybe this will get their attention…

While reading in church ads pop up. Disgusting.

Great way to read and keep track of your progress

I have only one issue with this app … it doesn’t sync between devices. Most of the time I use my iPad to do my reading because it’s easier on my eyes. However, there are times when my phone is more convenient, but since progress isn’t synced across devices, I have to try to remember where I left off each time I switch from one device to the other. There seems to be no way to ask for help, so I’m hoping the creator of the app will see this review.

The only thing I would like, would be all GOD’s & Jesus’s speaking would be in red.

I love the word dislike the app

I purchased the lifetime ad free version May 7, 2024 for $7.99 and I am still receiving ads! I tried contacting the developer through the help however it always reads fail. I tried receiving a refund from the Apple Store and said it was not eligible for a refund. The app use to read the passages with a soothing AI voice and now it’s just speech from the text and now reads as it was when computers first began to have speech, robotic and not flowing. I like the Bible and the readings but would like what I paid for! I would also like to be able to receive assistance when needed

Dangerous misquotes Jesus

I stopped reading at -Mark 7 : 22 when I found they had put words into Jesus’ mouth for whatever reason. Weather it was done for nefarious or innocent reasons is irrelevant . There is enough fake news out there without interpreting the good news in a way that suits bigots and zealots. I still believe in god, but I’m going back to the printed word. Don’t trust the digital domain for such matters manipulation is a simple button click away with such things.

Dissatisfied

If you spend money on this Bible application (purchasing the ad-free version), the application will continually force advertisements and links to external sites when you load it up. This app can be better.
