I sold 3 items on this website (dior and chanel) and I was forecd to reduce the selling price in order to attract more offers from buyers. After doing so , I got paid less than 50% of what they offered me initially! One of the item took almost a year to get sold! Also the payment took around a month to reach my account. I gave them 2 stars for the credit of collecting the items from my house.

I placed a bag for sale with their app and they gave and a price and then it was reduced to less than half ! Also when it was time for the payment they told me the amount was less than 100 dollars so it will have charges to transfer it for us !!!! Worst app to sell anything everrrrrr

I advise everyone not sell their items through this website. Be careful, they will take most of the money and give a very small amount. It’s not worth it. Keep your items.

هذا الموقع شبه لص حيث يأخذ اكثر من ضعف سعر السلعة المباعة حتى مثلا يعطيك 8000ريال في حين يبيعها ب 20000 ريال ! هل يعقل ان ياخذ 12000 ريال سعودي عمولة ورسوم ؟!

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the app's customer service and their inability to resolve payment issues. It has been over a year since I sold an item through this app, and I still haven't received any payment for it. The level of incompetence and disregard for their users is simply astounding. From the very first day, I have been given nothing but empty promises and false hope. Every time I reached out to customer service regarding my pending payment, I was met with the same scripted response: "Please wait until tomorrow, and it will be resolved." However, tomorrow never came, and the cycle continued for a full year. I strongly advise anyone considering using this app to think twice. The risk of encountering similar payment issues and being subjected to the app's abysmal customer service is simply not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and potential loss by choosing a more reliable and trustworthy platform.

It is the ugliest experience happened to me and the worst decision to send them my items half of them been returned to me in a very careless way (squeezed 2 bags in small box) and the other half sent to Dubai and sold for the cheapest price! and they get to keep 70% of the amount! Also i must pay all expenses with my 30% 🙂🙂
