The Nudge

I’ve been sending out a form for support because I need to cancel my plus subscription and want a refund and I haven’t heard back for more than a week. I’ve sent emails a couple of times without success, for a $59.99 subscription I’d expect better costumer service.

not much on here and they dont update often. youll see events posted but some events that arent even running anymore. i definitely would not recommend

At first I thought the idea was great way to find stuff to do but really they just charge you $5 to get text messages of thing that you can maybe do but dosnt link you to that place I deleting the app!

Have the latest update and the app still keeps crashing. Texts I’m getting from Nudge also do not actually lead anywhere - they just close you out of your texts. Wouldn’t bother downloading app or subscribing to texts.

App crashes if you scroll, map doesn’t give links for things the plan is in, the ai doesn’t work via text messages. Doesn’t even organize things my date and most activities are pop ups that are past events

The app is great I just can’t stand the fact that a subscription is needed to see places that we can google but okay .

More and more features/plans are gated behind the pro subscription

I really don’t want to download another app, Nudge! The best part of this service was getting the text and being able to plan without having another thing to download. Now every time I get a suggestion via text, it prompts me to download the app and I can never see the suggestion! Ugh.

The app is great. But, they just updated the text style, and while the ability to click on links is very cool in that it offers the advantage of being able to go back to ones you’ve missed, the way the texts visually took over the top third of the screen, around where the contact picture goes, and turned it all white really bothers me. I have my phone on dark setting at all times ands I don’t like opening the nudge texts anymore. I’m pretty sure this is a neurodivergent sensory thing, but it’s possible there are other people who feel the same so I thought I’d give the feedback in case it’s useful. I’m considering stopping the texts bc I just don’t like getting them anymore… I guess now they feel less (to me) like messages from a buddy with great info and more like a company texting me, which I’m not into.

They just gatekeep the spot unless you pay for the subscription 😭😂
