Can’t read the full question.

The app closes … says error, retry! When you open , it says updating rules… then says error, retry. It has been like this for a week! (Today is 11/4/24). I would delete and reload the app .. but I don’t want to pay for it twice!!!

The most recent reviews talk about the app not working. I had the same experience for a while, so I deleted the app a few weeks ago. I downloaded it yesterday, and it’s working again. Good as new. This is one of the most useful apps for a golfer, so I hope it stays live!

I press a category and the information won’t. Any thoughts?

I love this app. It’s a quick and easy way to access the rules of golf. But today when I tried to open the app, I get an error stating “sorry something went wrong” with a retry button. Every time I press the retry button, the same error pops up. I’d give this app five stars but obviously it’s not working. Please fix! It’s such a useful tool.

Something is wrong this app it is no longer working at all. Is there something USGA can do to fix this issue?

I can not get this app to open. Deleted app. Restarted phone. Nothing.

Error message and won’t open

I'm on version iOS 16.6 (20G5037d) and the app doesn't open it just errors out

I would have given it 5 stars for the way it used to work but now it gets 1 star because, although it was a great resource, the app has quit on me. Recently, when I try to open the app I get the message “Sorry, something went wrong. Retry” Frustrating! (Please help!)
