Always enjoy she’s always part of our family time at Mel’s Diner we have been her for years

I love coming to this location everyone is very friendly service is great and food is delicious

The app was easy enough except it said I had $5.00?in rewards and I could apply it at check out, but at check out the rewards did not appear, so when do I get to use rewards?? That’s not ok to say I have a reward and then I can’t use it!

Waitress & food is great at this location!!

Zoe was our waitress and she was fan tastic the food was perfect. The service was awesome.

Jessica was above amazing! There was an 11 of us, she was kind efficient, patient, very good at customer service! Thank you for such a great night everybody at Mel’s Diner in Placerville!! Best service and food ever!!

Food was great, service was wonderful. And the memories of visiting Mel’s Drive Inn Diner In California 50 years ago were priceless.

It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to maneuver your app. Hey why don’t try to make it a little more straightforward and how long do you need to make chicken fried steak;I thought I gave enough time to make it and you guys needed over an hour to make it. I grew up with Mel’s in SF I hope you are as good.
