THE OUTNET: Luxury for less

Out of three orders , two are wrong sent . There’s no department to speak with before the order , especially regarding the sizes. The delivery fee is on you even the mistakes is theirs. Not really worth to use it as the customer service still didn’t develop on the level that other platforms give.

I enjoyed shopping with the Outnet: detailed pictures, easy to pick up size, fastest order preparing and shipment! Thank you♥️ The only thing: please fix filters so you can shop your fav designers by category from desktop as well

Stop showing sold out items in the app, it’s extremely annoying and makes it difficult to find the items I need

I have made an order several months ago to Uzbekistan , but it hasn’t been delivered yet . In my app the status is “delivered” , while in fact it was not ! They promised to look into the situation, but no one even contacted me. Poor service , in fact it’s a fraud , I have paid my money in full - and have nothing for it, except of the headache !

Moved from Russia to Armenia and couldn’t change location in settings. Pop up is blocking “more” screen

For a year now, the company has not returned my money for an undelivered order.

Ok, I can’t make any order because I’m from Russia, but why your information banner are blocking my profile menu?! I want to get some information about my previous orders, why are you do that?!

Как, наверно, всех российских покупателей - обманули. Не дебетуют аккаунт на сумму, не возвращают деньги на карту, также не возвращают на пейпал, посылку не отправляют. Тоже самое с yoox, это одна компания. Теперь не заказываю из принципа с этих сайтов
