Worst experience when it comes to the app Regular freeze, it gets stuck every time i basically access my account and literally takes minutes to book/amend/access my account with multiple refreshes and log outs One of the main reasons why i wont renew my subscription

App is always glitching.

Unbelievably disappointed in the horrible management. I had a class at 7:00pm and arrived at exactly 7:00pm and they refused to let me in the class claiming that the “studio closed” I used to swear by this gym but now I will definitely NEVER recommend it to anyone and as soon as my membership is over I definitely will never come back.

App seems to need refreshing regularly which is annoying
