This game is so unbalanced it’s unplayable. People really do put up with absolute garbage huh?

Amazing game, could use iPhone X+ support though

The Quest is an amazing game! Just wished it had the ability to save the game in the cloud for easy transitions between my iPad and Mac. I understand that there is only two people that work on this game but since the game is gaining popularity, I would suggest to add this feature since many people have more than a phone for a device to play on.

When I played this game years ago on an iPod touch it was (mostly) fine, but something went wrong when it was ported to this version. More than half of the quests in Vastares (the second city) just plain do not work. Maybe after a break I will be able to try it again and do the quests one at a time to completion. If they work then (though it would be a massive pain in the behind to have to do it that way) I would consider a slightly higher rating.

How this isn’t top rpg on the store is crazy. You’ll like if you grew up on games like ultima/morrowind. The game often lets you figure things out and doesn’t hold your hand, which judging from others reviews people don’t like using their own head, they like being shown and told where to go and what to do 24/7. Over all pick up base game and fire and ice expansion, you’ll have more than enough playtime. If you find yourself itching for more, there are many more expansion packs. Cheers.

If you’re a fan of old school rpgs, you’ll love this game.

I absolutely adore this game, and have for many years. but I can’t in good conscience give it more than three stars as it consistently crashes on my iPhone 12.

Just purchased The Quest: Deluxe pack. I can’t believe my luck! After Celsius Heroes left the App Store, I was certain I’d never find another game like it! So, it’s very refreshing to find so many dungeon crawlers live right here in Redshift land! Thank you so much! 👍
