App struggles but great content
Love the contents and podcast and but the app is really not up to your great standards. Difficult to navigate between stories

Barely usable at present
I hope this is seen. I’m not happy. I’m a members club subscriber, I’m logged into the app, yet I can’t access the content as I’m fighting off the ad pop-ups and the video ads that play at full volume even though the icon suggest they’re muted. Something needs to change or I’m binning the app and the subscription off.
App still crashes
Great content but unfortunately the app still crashes frequently.

Great News. Very crashy app
As always, the first port of call for motorsport news. However this app of late has become quite crashy, usually when midway through a story and it closes itself. Sometimes a restart allows the whole article to be read, sometimes a repeat crash happens. Usually find myself just heading to the web page instead
Keeps crashing
About 30 seconds into reading any story the whole app closes. You have to open it up again, cancel all the annoying adds and start again. Sometimes if it’s a longer read it might happen again. Surely this shouldn’t be an issue with an app in 2024!
Great app with great content, but notifications aren’t working
Up until about a month ago, I would regularly get notifications from the app about news and stories. However, without having changed any settings on the app or on my phone this has now stopped. I hope to see this fixed as it was a very handy feature. Aside from that though, no complaints from me!
Shame the app is not as good as the mobile site
Love The Race, great site. However the app is a pain. Very buggy, too many issues. Latest happened after IOS17 install . Updated app now won’t open, keeps crashing. Tried getting in touch but have had minimal response.
Paid and still a carpet of adverts
Why if I have paid do I still get the same number of adverts, I can’t see the article to read as its full of flashing adverts. Yes I am signed in so that’s not the problem. Junk
I’m a member so why the adds?
I love this site, some well written articles and race reports and the website is great but for some reason you get stuck with ads wether your a member or not. Not ok and not what I’m paying for. Will stick with the excellent mobile site for now.
