Pointless
It’s an app that directs you to websites, what a waste! Just let people pull up tickets on the regular website & add to phone wallet, it’s 2024 already! Unnecessary apps are wasting everyone’s time.

Just trying to access tickets I purchased to a Shell event, so I downloaded the app, as instructed. It’s incredibly laggy/slow. Several of the links aren’t responsive - I just tap and nothing happens. Every time I try to log in, I get an “unable to log into anonymous account” error. What on earth does that even mean?!
An unnecessary app and by the time they send the access code it is expired. Just email tickets like everyone else. Must be run by the dysfunctional City of SD government
Whoever in the marketing department decided this garbage app was a good idea should be fired. Requiring an app for ticket retrieval is idiotic, annoying, and likely results in lower concert attendance as a result of poor user experience.
I logout and select reset in settings. Can still view tickets even though reset states all app data will be deleted. Would be nice to add tickets to apple wallet. No way to provide app feedback in app.
The Shell app works fine - but the food ordering function within it, which requires an entire separate set of credentials, is a nightmare. Tried preordering food for my Marina table about 10 times, without success. I would establish an account, and then for some unknown reason the payment wouldn’t process and it would kick me off. Then I’d try logging back in and it would not recognise my credentials- as if I had never registered. Went through the process multiple times and gave up. I’ll eat elsewhere before the concert.
Bought tix. Mobile delivery option was auto selected. Went with it…this’ll be easier, right? Nope. Immediately after setting up account the app didn’t recognize my username or password. Tried to reset multiple times. Never received the email. Finally, after abojt 3rd or 5”4th attempt, got a “please call us to retrieve your tickets” notification. Don’t waste your time. Get your tickets literally ANY other way, even if it means driving somewhere to do so. At least you’ll be able to accurately plan for the amount of time you’ll have to invest simply to get your tix. Final note - having had these issues, don’t think I’d trust the app to store/retrieve my fix on concert day. Brutal experience.
Just downloaded the app. It worked first try for me. Lots of bad reviews so I was hesitant. I do think it’s a waste of my time. Just send me the ticket in the email I provided. I’m the one paying. Make it easy for me. Deleting the app after the concert for sure. Low key bro.
literally no purpose to the app. anything you click on redirects you to the actual website so why not just let me access things through the website… like every other concert vendor ever.
Tickets should be emailed as a scannable barcode like literally everyone else does. They force you to download this app and the tickets were not even there. I had to wait in line to have mine printed at the venue.
