Nothing works as many others have already reported. Clicking on options did nothing , searching catalogue is useless. Don’t bother .

App keeps crashing

Given the number of misplaced or unpriced items, I found the scanner incredibly helpful.

Can’t search anything

The app does not work and keeps crashing. If you remove & reinstall it still crashes- don’t bother downloading.

Someone definitely needs to taken advice from someone who knows what they’re doing. The search option is a law unto itself. Suggest the IT department spends a little time as an end user and then sorts out the application of the search engine. At the moment it’s absolutely useless 👎🏻

Not sure why but once you place a order to pick up it gives you a number to call that’s no longer in service. Definitely needs updating

The app was functioning before, but now it doesn't work at all. This is very frustrating.

Used to be able to scan a barcode within the app using your camera, this was fantastic… but was removed a while ago! Why? Now squinting at various different labels to find and type a SKU code. Please bring barcode scanner back.

Jesus on the app. App is completely messed up everything all over the place and not well structured. The website. After more than 3+ plus hours of shopping I managed to get my products. Other than that all good. But the app need fixing it lags so much, takes time to load pictures.
