The Spades

Despite what the developers say, the game cheats by using your partner against you to make you lose. We were winning 482 to 293. West bid 5, my 5-star partner bid 4, East bid 2 and me 1 because I had an off-suit King. We needed 20 points to win and had 8 bags to give, so why bid 4? Needless to say, we got set and lost the game. This is just one example of many where my partner (pick any) threw the game on a bid that no experienced player would make. Great game and fun to play but the cheating ruins an otherwise great app.

• Game doesn’t have enough 5-star rated avatar’s. • Game doesn’t comply with the full set of rules players are permitted to use. For example, players are allowed to pass-two cards at the beginning each of bid even if they choose not to bid Blind-nil or Nil. Players are also, allowed to lead the hand at the beginning with spades if they choose too. The only time a player must pass a card is when the player has bid a Blind-nil or a Nil. • For some reason every time a King of harts, clubs, diamonds or spades is played by me an Ace will trump my King and the same goes for my avatar partner. Please correct these issues; what I am facing when playing the game is baseline cheating by AI and it’s aggravating.

Love the game but they’ve amped up the ads to the point that I’ve stopped playing. One per game was ok, now it’s one per hand. Came back today in hopes that they wised up and cut back, but ….nope. I give up

What about leading off with spades

I thought I had found a good spade game, Until you never get good cards, And your partner plays against you, especially when they Nil then throws out a high spade at the end of the hand,

Don’t like the ads, it didn’t used to do that

1 star because zero is not an option. The very first game You give me a partner who would underbid at an auction? I’ve seen fewer sandbags in flood zones. Anyone reviewing this game as anything but trash is nOt playing the same game I was.

Used to love this game but all the ads have made it unplayable. Those of you thinking about downloading, be aware there is an ad after almost every hand. No longer fun, just an annoying game. Will not let me rate
