Shared info to sign in and no response after sharing my info

I have been following and learning from John for several decades. I have read many of his books and am reading two more right now. I really enjoy the convenience of this app and I use it daily to not only study the Word but for John’s devotionals as well. For the last week his devotionals have not been available. I don’t know if this is an issue on GTY’s end or my end but I hope it gets resolved soon. I really miss reading John’s devotions, they help me so much.

This is a great and trusted bible resource. I just wish the devotionals were working. They did so for a number of years but stopped working recently.

I’ve used this app for over eight years and now I can’t access any of my saved bookmarks or notes. It logged me out of my account and now I can’t get the app to recognize my login. I’m stuck in the setting screen and can’t get out of it. The “done” button in the top right corner of the settings menu doesn’t work.

The notch on modern phones gets in the way of select book and chapter drop down, so I have to rotate my phone sideways to navigate. Please update

The app has been working fine but for the last month or so the app randomly reverts to Rev 22. At first it seldom occurred but now it’s more frequent.

I have used this app for a few years now and I used to love it, but now all of the when I try to highlight a passage, and then I highlight the passage below it, all the passages I highlighted previously FOR THE ENTIRE CHAPTER disappear!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!

I purchased the app about a year ago. It was about 9 months before I tried to use it. I am unable to stay logged in. Anytime I try to open the settings I am logged out. I am unable to adjust the settings due to this issue. Every time I open the settings it tells me my login is no longer valid and to login again. I can then login, but if I touch the settings link, whether intentional or by accident I get the error and am logged out. I contacted support and the suggested I do all the things I had done on my own. Uninstall/ reinstall. Reset my password. All have been done dozens of times now. When I emailed back, that their suggestions didn’t work, the ghosted me. They have never responded again. Not a good look for a Christian organization. I’m not expecting perfection, but I do expect them to work with me or fix the app.

I paid the 5.99 unlimited membership, not even a month later it wanted me to buy the membership again, far as customer support, nothing but a automated apology response saying sorry for the inconvenience… App deleted!!!
