This is the butt-kicking, get some serious results exercise you’ve been looking for.
Our 100% original classes are based on The TeddiB Method, a the time-tested strategy proven to work for thousands of women for nearly 20 years.
Feel the energy of actual group classes from our Denver studio - live streaming and then saved on demand in HD so you can workout whenever/wherever you'd like.
We offer a wide variety of classes - cardio, core, strength, dance, yoga, sculpt and much more - taught by highly skilled and cool teachers. Our classes are all fun and challenging (sometimes very challenging!) and designed to work together to give you optimal results. You'll also find our classes change all the time so you'll never get bored
Put in the work and you will look and feel better than you have in years!
To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Teddi B Workout on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your Apple Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

Love jumping on during the week since I can’t get to studio and taking these classes with Teddi B!! Hard, fun and always great music!! Teddi B will push you to get stronger, leaner while your having such fun!! Totally recommend trying online if you can’t get to the new studio. Worth It!!
