- no daily history page - no comics - prolific number of adds - too much ongoing QE 2

Enjoying reading the Telegraph especially when I am in hospital for a week, it keeps me entertained and in touch with the outside world. Well done guys.

You can only download the relevant edition on the day despite the auto delivery function being checked. Sometimes, even that doesn't work on the day

Since updating to IOS15 the app opens and closes straight away. Tried turning ipad off and back on and deleting and reinstalling. 25 bucks a month I want my money back

Can’t download paper past April and it’s now may and I have a subscription! Terrible app!

I have just cancelled my subscription. No new issues have been available on the app since 15 April 2021. App offers no way of login to your subscription.

Like very one else here, I have been a long term subscriber. A few weeks ago the paper just stopped downloading. Both News Ltd and Apple are saying that each other are to blame......use a different media outlet. They owe me a refund.

Same problem as the last two reviews- stopped working on the 15th of April. No support at all! I’ve tried everything.

Seems the suppliers had an issue with the press arrangements for this paper and supply stopped mid April with no notice. When contacting them they explained the issue but gave no details of a resolve or refund of payments made for the full month of April...no idea if the content will return or not....no one seems to know...☹️

I have been a e-subscriber since the day they started( 13 years I think) and have been a happy reader. On the the 15th of April it stopped allowing issue downloads and despite numerous attempts to fix it( upgrades, reinstalling app etc) it just does not work. For six days I tried apple support and the telegraph support help lines and both keep passing the buck to the other and are unwilling to help. I have been left with no choice but to cancel my subscription and will now change to a new paper. Over 40 years of reading this paper will come to an end.
