I had tickets to go to lunar fest, but accidentally purchased the wrong date. I sent in a contact form and they got back to me under 24 hours and switched my tickets to the right date! Thank you so much for responding fast! I never write reviews but they deserved this 5 stars! Really saved me !!

When I open the app, it says I need an update to login. But there are no updates available. I even redownloaded the app, no luck. I’d like to have my tickets available for events next weekend. Love the app besides this bug. If they fix it, highly recommend!

Excellent mobile app that makes the checkin process super easy. Easy to find events that are on the site as well!

after logging in the app takes you to a “settings” screen and the only thing you can do other than that is log out.
