Search intstrument required!
Colleages, please, develop a search instrument for this otherwise very good paper. To have an e-paper without a search is utterly nonsensical, dont you think so? Also, please, make the iphone and ipad versions match at least in the titles of published stories! I begin to read the paper on my ipad in the morning at breakfast and then, however hard I might try - i just cannot find what I read in my iphone version when travelling to the office in the Tube. Titles are different and no search instrument can help. This is so frustrating!
Timely news with poor support
I really enjoyed being subscribed to your news app but now I need to unsubscribe. And you won’t believe how hard it is to contact their customer support. They simply ignore your messages. This is quite incompetent and doesn’t make reputation of Times better. I strongly recommend you to unsubscribe in advance if you’re up to. Customer service is not helpful and must be replaced with more professional and less unsocial people who will not make you wait for 1 hour to get response.
Charge instead of trial
I signed up for what appeared to be a free trial, but I was immediately charged for a monthly subscription. I am not talking about forgetting to cancel the auto-renew function at the end of the free trial. I am talking about being charged up front for a subscription for one month instead of being given a free trial for one week.

Horrible app
I have never been able to view comments on the app. It’s pathetic. My app version is the live version, not classic, and I’m using the latest iOS version. This should have been fixed years ago. There have been comments on Reddit and the Apple App Store for years yet the ToL refuses to fix the problems. I’ve cancelled my subscription because of it. Why should I pay for an app I can’t fully use?
