I like the underbelly. I have been loving that the guide has a tummy and talks about ways to accommodate your body in all the poses. I like her laid back vibe. I am doing these classes in my living room with my little dog joining in and so are they. I’ve been doing yoga for a few years and these classes are for all Levels, all bodies and for all times of the day. Try this out!

As someone who taught yoga for 6 years, let me tell you, this is real yoga.
Love this app and Jessamyn. You can get a good workout or just take some time to move your body. It’s nice to have an instructor who understands what it’s like being in a larger body and how to work with it. She’s also strong and inspiring.
Jessamyn is the best, and I love the range of options available on the app. Whether I have 5, 10, 20, or 40 minutes to practice, there’s something to help ground or refresh me and bring me back to myself.

It's a long journey to feel comfortable and present in your body. I'm not there. But I'm moving down the path thanks to Jessamyn. A guide on how to do yoga in my body. A guide who knows that fat bodies don't fold together in the same way that thin bodies do. A guide that doesn't limit me, my practice or my potential.
I like yoga but always feel intimidated by the perfect body instructors who make me feel like I should know exactly what to do and love every minute of it. Just as I am about to quit in these videos Jessamyn says she knows I am swearing at her, but to keep going. I often do find myself yelling at her, but I don’t give up often and love her style. She is knowledgeable, but realistic and funny. If you are at all thinking about getting this app, do it. You won’t regret it.
