I started CrossFit about 10 years ago, and built The WOD Generator to help people like you (and me!) train when you can't get to a box (for whatever reason). I'm always looking to improve it, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions or feedback :)

Love the app
This app is great. It’s really easy to use and so much easier to put workouts together when you just can’t think of what to do. It has so many options that I feel like I find new stuff to try every time I open the app.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. Creative workouts, easy to navigate and customize. Straight to the point without the unnecessary upselling for nutritional plans, and one on one coaching. This app takes the guesswork out, and puts you in change of your fitness so you can focus on the things that matter to you! Well done Brian!

Man it takes the guessing out of what to do. I’m not a CrossFit gym member because of pricing and time but this app is golden!! I can see how to preform a exercise and do everything needed to grow A+++++ app here get it now!!

There are SO many workout options! I moved to a small town with a wellness center that has CrossFit equipment but no staff/coaches. This app takes the guesswork out of coming up with workouts. It can be personalized to match the equipment available and my skill set. It’s exactly what I needed! Thank you!
I Enjoy Using This App
I like that this app is light weight and to the point. No unnecessary animations and graphics keeps it running smooth and fast. I like the overall layout and design of this app. Smart WOD function under paid option is well with it. I look forward to using this as my main workout app for longtime to come. Brian has a passion for this app and I trust him to keep it updated for longtime. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for very affordable cross training workout. A+

I look through lots of App generating WODs for crossfit, I found Brian’s one best. It is really easy to use, you can customize everything, you can exclude instrument or workouts, It contains timer and everything looks great!
Quality
I really enjoy the app and everything thing it has to offer. I’m was wounding if the AMRP time could have an attachment to keep track of rounds completed.
