To much complicated to verify your account
Dificult to verify your account. I was playing for more then one or 2 years and sudenly the Lotter start to demand to update personal documents. While i was doing this update the app froze my account. With credits in my account that i was enable to use or redraw it. Now im just Waiting to the verify procedure off the Lotter compliance team. They ask me to send my proof of earnings in my professional activity, criminal record, adress, ID, and so on and so on…. More then a bank ask you to open an account!!!! Completely exagerated and unconfortable it make me feel like a criminal!!!!! Bad support replys!!! Bad comunicacion!!! I maybe 2 years ago was constantly contacted by a sales operator to buy more and more loterys!!!!! Now i asked att the support team to call me and they ansewered they dont call to customers!!! The problem is that its the only app were you can play several lotery world wide!!! Hope the Lotter can upgrade and provide faster and more simple form to users can benefit and be simple to verify your information.
