Reported bug on app today. Cannot login at all to order anything. First bug: it does ‘not recognize my login or password incorrect’ message. Therefore I reset password. ( note: all my login info was correct, had tripled checked my records). App now shows this glitched message when I try logging in: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'y[O].longitude') Tried logging in on website directly, can login yet all my coins/purchases is missing and not found. I know I have coins and purchases on record from month ago. Not trusting my order will go through let alone be available for pick up on time. ( Note: live many hours away from nearest ThePetshop so we go in monthly or bi-monthly to restock in city. )

This app keeps crashing! Doesnt let me pay.

While checking out for my orders before paying the total price was less (because of sale) then suddenly the prices changed out of no where and went up excluded or changed the percentage of the sale price !! How is this even possible! I thank god this happened before i even paid. First time user and i think i wont bother using it anymore.

I don’t think you should promote this app so hard until you’ve fixed all the bugs. It keeps crashing and is so slow. Gets me thinking about switching to another pet store.

Screen is frozen

They constantly make mistakes with orders, they may not put what you ordered, or put something else, then they demand money for what you have already paid for, they waste your time and nerves.

It is the worst company for pet products. Delivery is delayed and they give incorrect information to the driver. The communication service is very weak. I will not repeat my purchase from them. 👎🏻

Very inconvenient app to use, always lugging, always asking to log in, very slow

I have not been able to see my wishlist for 2 months!!! I’ve contacted your support yet nothing. You have an update on 24/09/24 and this bug hasn’t been fixed!!!
