Build strength and resilience. This class is the ultimate cathartic release.
Treadmill intervals teamed with strength and conditioning at your bench.
It doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger.
RUN towards greatness in this 45-minute full body session.

Connect
Sweat with intent in this 45-minute pilates-fusion class.
Stripping it all away in our infrared heated studio, here you will meet yourself on the mat.
A space where candle light flickers and bodies move in unison.
Light weight resistance and cardio bursts married with deep stretching and mindfulness.
It’s time to CONNECT.

From the moment I walked through the front door to a warm welcome .. to when I left, complimentary smoothie in hand.. the service, the staff, the venue , the sound, the tunes 👌 I’m still smiling. Started with Run or Lift with Emily.. back for Connect Yang with Freddie this morning.. I’ll be coming tomorrow even though I might not be able to feel my legs. Well done Therapy Fitness. I’m hooked on your energy already.
