Very good app, easy to navigate, similar to other banking apps.

I am very disappointed in the new app, I can no longer see exactly what days money is going to my card. It’s now just general budgeting over the month. I can no longer edit a payment date without deleting it and setting it back up again. So so disappointed. Why was this changed to a less personal experience. I need to look for a different bank.

Such a good app never a problem

Every time I try and transfer money to my savings account after it’s been transferred to the main account it sends it back to the bills account. Despite the app being updated several times it’s still happening.

Great app, just needs less services downtime

Totally waste of time. I have been with think a very long time . Of late it is impossible to get into my account. Constant buffering then saying technical issues call us . Last weekend l needed access to my money and couldn’t get access. I was locked out. There was no support to call only if your card was lost or stolen. No customer service to assist. I had to wait until Monday Morning then it took me forty minutes to speak to someone and this was at 8 am. Why are we paying a fee when you can’t be assisted. After six in the evening or weekends ? I am going to move to a different bank . Absolutely it caused my anxiety to escalate and this is not helpful to my mental health. There is a new app coming out l dread to see how that’s works. I must mention the two ladies l spoke to were extremely helpful. Marva Kerr.

When will Apple Pay become available for this bank ??

I'm very disappointed! How can you block my account after you helped me with a payment? You made a payment for me and then blocked the account!! The clients never received the payment, which was to book an artist for my event! I lost the contract and my account! It has been three weeks, and I haven't heard anything even tho I have provided any evidence I was asked to provide! This is very unprofessional! I need my money you can keep your account!! I have called more than 10 times sake stories!!

I can answer your worries and simply it’s because you have assets and digital currency of a desirable nature it’s not the bank doing it at all it is people who are intercepting calls and spoofing numbers I would suggest that u use a digital way of contacting them then it can only go through to then and not be snatched and redirected At a time of need and requirement this is one of very few services that have reached out to me not me having to reach out to them So keep steady stand strong and loyal as loyalty is one of the single most powerful assets to have the power is uncontrollable and of pure love All the best xXx Thank U Think Money
