Absolutely terrible. Can’t scan the barcode can’t input the barcode. It won’t accept it and it won’t accept doing it by the web address so this app is useless.

Their app does not work and does not allow me to register how am I even supposed to use the service if I can’t even register and get errors

I bought i thinkware U3000 because it has I capability to check my car through the Internet live unfortunately I couldn’t register the device through the app. I didn’t know why I contacted the customer support and they went through with me the whole fixing process and we could not fix it so they sent a replacement device for me and when I touch my new device, I didn’t register or I couldn’t register it

Got the webcam free with vehicle purchase so not much invested in this BUT come on it's got to actually work! Tried repeatedly to create an account as that's the only way to use the app and continually got an error message that something unexpected happened on the server side. Bad code bad app bad company makes Ford look bad for having this on their site as an option for a dashcam

No way to register u3000 by scanning the barcode, enter it manually nor adding MAC address. Sad for the money paid not for blackvue.

I purchased and set up the U3000 2-channel dash cam with smartphone connectivity a week ago. Everything else worked well, but I encountered an issue with the Thinkware Connect app. It would connect to my iPhone Pro's hotspot, but then disconnect after a few minutes. Additionally, it was difficult to connect to a hotspot in general, which was very inconvenient. I hope you address this problem and update the app soon.

It won’t recognized my car hotspot and that’s a major issue for me. I just bought this device two days ago and I am thinking of returning it. I bought two for both my cars.

I was trying to get an additional memory mini card to work. Customer service gave me incorrect information. Instead of telling me that I needed a custom card for my model, according to their website, she told me that I needed to simply pay for another card. A waste of money. I’ve also given up trying to get my unit to function with the app.

Had no issue connecting to the application despite all does one stars. Would be nice to request a live view and see the battery % even in low power mode, A radar health check is also missing.

Omg what did I do why wasted my money on this horrific dumpster, 3 hours of trying to just register the cam u3000 all failed. Buyer beware!!!!!!
