Set up my card details, joined the yearly club , for discounts, it was no cheaper, worked out more money, had to go through Amazon in the end to make safe payment. And would have been cheaper to buy through Amazon. It’s a money orientated world . Very sad

What is the point of framing your webpage and calling it an App? The experience was slow and tedious with banners popping up to sign up for email offers ( that I had previously already signed up for ) these banners then froze making the page unreadable, it was at this point I gave up and removed it from my device, a long way to go and a lot of work needed before this becomes a customer friendly experience.

Easy to use and shop the only downside is I end up buying more plants

- Log info from pc doesn’t talk to app. - address info given doesn’t talk to checkout. - no apple pay - slow working site - hidden delivery charge added at the end of process

Can look at plants and put them in your basket but won’t let you order anything. Waste of time.

Downloaded the app and then had to pay £10 to join which I did not mind doing want loads of plants over coming months as re doing the whole garden, I put an order in and the plants where meant to be here 5 days later did not mind that in time for the weekend well Friday came no plants looked at my order and was going to be another 10 days getting annoyed now with the wait but ok will have to do anyway 11 days later still no plants and they have cancelled the order no explanation no refund yet and no answer to my email

Doesn’t add any value the experience on the website is as good if not better. I removed from my phone after 15 minutes.

Overall a very frustrating experience 1. Why does it sign me out every time 2. Why does it keep asking me to join the gardening club when I already a member 3. Will not allow you to enter a special offer code if you are a gardening club member 4. Keeps asking me to sign up for exclusive offers when I am a member

Really slow to load, even on good WiFi Screen fades out with spinning timer wheel repeatedly When try to click on a plant it fades out and then doesn’t go to the plant page Unusable

Needs much more work before it’s rereleased, not user friendly at all
