I’m a paid Threads Insider but the app doesn’t recognize my email/password. Triple checked and I can login online just fine. App is pointless and disappointing. Customer service wouldn’t help, just kept resetting my password even though I told them that wasn’t the issue.
I’ve been a Threads reader for many years and find it to be a great sewing resource. This periodic gem is always choc full of the latest in sewing advice and techniques (ie: Top down, center out pants fitting)! I can’t remember one issue that, after reading, I hadn’t learned at least one new tip. Thank you all for Threads!
I recently subscribed, but am unable to even log into the app. Customer service is not responsive. I called and was told my subscription doesn’t include digital access, though my purchase confirmation clearly says that it does. So, I guess I’m just deleting this app.
I have downloaded it several times but it doesn’t work.
I got a new iPad a couple of months ago. Only the last 3 issues have restored. I’ve contacted Taunton for help and they haven’t helped at all. They’re telling me to contact Apple. No one at Apple to contact - this is an app issue, not an Apple issue. I’m about to cancel my subscription. Why am I continuing to pay if I’m not getting what I paid for?
You have to redownload magazines EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. Gets old
As a new Threads Insider subscriber I was extremely disappointed to discover that the app doesn’t allow access to any archived issues without paying for them individually. Despite being able to view them on the web, because my subscription covers it, the app allows me to see the current issue, and nothing else.
I love having the ability to read my magazine on my iPad while waiting for appointments.
I am a Threads insider member and paid $59 for that. However this app does not allow me to access the archive magazines as promised for the insider membership. I have logged in but it just doesn’t deliver.
