Not only everytime you open the app you need to login again (tel+email+password+verification code) in a very time consuming way, in order to top up your balance you need a credit card issued in the UK! Serioulsy? No way around, customer service refers to 3rd party top up websites.
Worst app ever
They blocked my account suddenly! And requested unrealistic information such as a bank statements to re-active my account!
They steal your money and in tedios chats, they steal your lifetime as well

Worst provider ever
Not trustworthy, sexist and racist. They increase your costs as you go without telling you. Don’t get yourself trapped in a contract with them.
Horrendous app, useless company
By far, the worst app I have ever used. It’s slow, doesn’t load pages due to internal bugs, has you authenticate purchases multiple times leading to possible multi charges.
Not only that but the company themselves are useless. My contract expired and they STILL charged me afterwards. Tried to switch to pay monthly and good lord you’d think I asked for a blood sacrifice from them. They just don’t want pay monthly customers, it’s not user friendly at all.
I will be switching to a different company.
This is terrible
I’ve been struggling for literally hours to try and update my card payment details and take out an auto renewal… as a last result I used the digital chat customer service and they were unable to help me! I need my phone and data for work tomorrow! This is extremely poor service and extremely frustrating!
Never Remembers Me
This is an app full of its own self importance but forgets the simple things like remembering who it's user is. Why doesn't it use my phone's built in security for logging on? Why does it forget who I am, not allow auto fill for username and password and then tell me my password is wrong every time I log in? When I reset the password it says I can't use it because it's already in use. So how come it was wrong?
Get the basics right Three. Then you can get back to patting yourself on the back in your annoying self-congratulatory way.
Fire the UI/UX team before they ruined Three
The app design is trash!!! Soon as we log in do you know what I want to see is my SIM card balance, data etc straight way and not full of ads craps. Maybe have a optional tabs besides the main purpose of having a sim but prioritise the SIM card info on app launch. Wasted my 5mins to send you this million £ worth of feedback!
Really horrible app
It’s hard to imagine someone making an app this bad. It doesn’t work. The account section takes forever to load and usually ends with an error message or just no information being displayed at all. On the odd occasion that it works, you can still get kicked out with an error message, the information is badly laid out and hard to read, and there are long load times between each section.
I’ve already ditched one network due to their app. This one is much worse.

I live in an area where you can’t get good 4g, so I got three Wi-Fi box, makes absolutely no different to being on my 4g, I’d say it’s even worse because at least my 4g tries to connect to the internet, my wifi box doesn’t even try at all. It’s like living in the dark ages, no Wi-Fi, no signal, no 4g, nothing, im basically wasting my money on a wifi router that doesn’t even remotely work. I’m constantly fighting with my wifi, switching it on and off constantly, I called three up and they said the reason why I haven’t got good Wi-Fi is because of the area I live in, like what?? You don’t say?? It’s not like I didn’t get this Wi-Fi box in the first place because of the poor signal I’m receiving on my phone and you make it worse by making me pay for a Wi-Fi router that also don’t work. I have more of a chance of winning the lottery then getting any form of signal or Wi-Fi through three, they need to sort out their satellite or what ever is giving people Wi-Fi Asap. It’s ridiculous and cheeky that they do that. I’m potentially going to call up three soon and tell them and end my payment for the Wi-Fi, thankfully they offered before free of charge probably because they know how rubbish the connection is.
