App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t even work. I’ve tried to get into it for several days now. It’s horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Horrible app
This app is not iPhone-friendly
Horrible
Parents do not get messages instantly. App glitches. I only can see half of my classes. constantly having to refresh to see messages.
Disappointed Teacher
My district has been using this app for over one year now and it is still so frustrating. Pictures take forever to upload, parents cannot interact with the announcements (comment, like/love, etc), and the notifications are frequently incorrect. It is confusing for the parents and they often have issues with it as well. Please make serious changes to make this more user friendly.
No thanks
As a teacher, this app is not user-friendly or classroom-friendly. The “behavior” portion is an absolute joke. They need to take notes from Class Dojo (which is now blocked by our district). I use Classroom Screen now for behavior points because Rooms is neither aesthetically pleasing nor easy to use.
I can’t log in
My school switched to this app and I can log in to rooms app with a password or my google but Thrillshare doesn’t let me log in with neither, I don’t understand why is this app not working properly!!!!
How to get in
I cannot log into this app. Even though I click password reset and reset my password through Eduroomd, I can only log in through the Internet browser and not the app.

You’d think by now the app would be better. It’s been up and going long enough. The people that work for Thrillshare are great. The app, however, is terrible. It is always struggling to load and the pictures take FOREVER to load. As a parent, the notifications aren’t great either even though I have them all selected through my phone settings. This needs a MAJOR overhaul!
Behavior
Why isn’t the behavior portion working in my app any longer?
