Not bad but could be better
I really like the look and feel and been using it a lot lately. Things I would like to see: 1. If you adjust a program, for example you choose a cable row instead of a barbell row, the next week it will keep saying barbell row. You can still swap, but it would be nice if the app remembers it. Now I have to change it every week. 2. The program will change overtime, but come on.. who the hell does 6 sets of lateral raises. Than your not training hard enough. 2/3 sets is more than enough for me. Or else I will change the weight or reps myself. 3. The possibility to put in your own program
