Many of the scooters, even new ones, have the problem with the accelerator. I meet this problem regularly and, as a result, need to end the ride, find a new scooter, and every time I need to send a claim to return money. Tired of this.

Scooter in good shape. I had nice ride! Convenient parking area.

Scooters are constantly stopped, bicycles are secured. I do not recommend using this service!!!

The app is really good for a single person ride but for a group ride it’s terrible. Before there was a “Group ride” button but now they removed it. I am always riding with a group who doesn’t have the app, the account, payment method. So we are using Lime scooters instead. If you are riding in a group I strongly suggest using Lime Scooters.

They seem to block 20 dirhams on your card and never return them. They are trying to reassure you that everything will return. but for more than a month nothing has been returned to either me or my friend. you ask them to provide their payment documents confirming the return, but they say that this is impossible. We returned everything, although they can’t even tell me the return date, contact your bank (let me remind you, they didn’t provide any paperwork about the return). The bank responds that this amount was not “frozen”, it was written off and the seller did not cancel this operation. What we have: a written-off deposit and empty promises that everything will be returned even when all the deadlines have expired. inability to provide supporting documents about the operation. I pray to God that Allah will punish all of you unfortunate thieves!

How to contact you if your scooter not working but time is going and cant finished the ride because of wrong parking location?

I used Tier service in ZURICH and was charged 3 times for the same ride. They confirmed wrong charging but refused to refund. Need not only bank notifications but bank statements on top. If you want to waste your time trying to solve such issues highly recommend Tier for that 👌🏻
