As above this seems a common problem - thought Tiffany would be more ‘on it’ than this

Disappointed that you’re forced to download an app to attend this exh. It’s nice to be given a choice. App works fine but leaves bitter taste.

I can’t book tickets to the Saatchi exhibition because it keeps telling me my email format is invalid, one I’ve had for 14 years, clearly does not recognize .uk only .com. Because of this it won’t let me proceed beyond this first page. This is an exhibition in London and you have an app that doesn’t recognize uk email formats!

I’ve been trying, via the Tiffany App, to get tickets for the exhibition. All my details are clear and correct but it won’t let me go to the next page? I’ve tried over a number of weeks, on and off and several times each time! You’d have thought they’d have sorted their website out as I can see another review with the same issue from May. The same time I have been trying! Not good for either establishments and very disappointing:-(

The app worked perfectly and I easily got the qr codes for the venue

Super user friendly, great information and good features.

Downloaded the app, entered my info and it booked the tickets really fast, no crashing, was able to select the date I wanted. Unsure why everyone seems to have had an issue, maybe an update has resolved it.

I have been trying like others to book tickets to the exhibition and it’s not working. This either needs fixing or allow bookings via the website.

Not sure what the other reviews are referencing to, as i easily entered my details and pickes the date and got qr codes for my tickets
