They don’t even know how to solve problems or reply to emails. Very bad customer service i have experienced with this app. They take months to solve problems but still won’t be able to fix👎👎👎👎👎. Very disappointed app.

I have a US sin card , I m not able to make a account , please fix this

Their points system is unclear. I have tried to use my accrued points towards a purchase but when I tried to do that those points just disappeared. Tried to contact their support multiples times but they never even replied to me. Don’t trust the app and I am just going to uninstall it and use other alternatives.

Placed the order however didn’t get any confirmation email/receipt which I needed for my business expense reporting.

No customer support. Don’t ever reply to your issues. Charges for declined order. No refund process. Ordinary app functionalities for ordering which anyone can make without any real operational processes.

Very useful in ordering food from one of my fav. Restaurant. Contains entire menu of the restaurant as well.

Why???? I don’t want to give you my location. I only need to use this app to redeem points. You can’t use this app without turning location services on. Big privacy threat. 0 stars.

The app is very convenient specially I use it for to order on Rajdhani sweets .

Very convenient to use really good to order food from local restaurants and price is cheaper than uber or skip for pick up.👍
