How can you legally get away with this? The app doesn’t even work. It crashes every time I try to save the video, and when I reinstall the app it asked me to pay again. This is a piece of garbage literally including the UX! I want my money back.
All videos download with a watermark. You owe me $19.99. I tried everything to make it work. Please refund me!!!! Waste of time and money.

Does not work, brings you to download page but nothing happens. No way to contact support through the app.
I’ve been trying to save for the past few days now and it won’t even go but monthly I never stop paying for my subscription needs to be fixed and the site to download without watermark is definitely not working also!!!
