Disappointed in the purchase experience. In the web version of the online store it says to “Download our new app and get 15% off.” I downloaded the app and searched for the 15% off “coupon”. I could not find anything regarding that. I wanted the shirts so I bought them without the coupon. I love what the company does for the military community and what they stand for. I also appreciate the discount. Of course, the discount could have been 10%, 5% or even 1%. It doesn’t matter because the company missed the mark in expectation management. If you advertise a discount customers shouldn’t have to search all over Gods green earth for the link, code or whatever. So I am left disappointed with my purchasing experience.
