The check deposit feature with the app needs improving. Apparently you need to write out “mobile deposit for Timberland Bank” on each check. No where does it say this in the app and there is no notification when your checks are rejected. I’ve used two other mobile banking apps and they don’t require this. If they do, they should make it very clear in the deposit flow. Not user friendly as I have had to contact them through the messaging multiple times. And now have gotten rid of the physical check because I thought I got it the third time but it didn’t say “Timberland Bank” on it.
