It’s not announcing time unless application is open in the front which makes it useless. Interface is stupid.

Time Announcer Pro will announce the current time on the hour, on the half hour or on the quarter of an hour.
It optionally announces the weather in your city if location services are enabled.
In addition, a long tap will make the app to announce the date. A single tap will announce the time and the weather.
Location-based automatic background pictures.
Alarms options:
- Type in your own text to be spoken using speech synthesis.
- Record a memo with your own voice.
- Built-in alarm tones.
- Select any music from your music library.
- HomeKit support for the most popular smart lightbulbs.
The lights that you select will turn on with your own color when the alarm triggers.
