Exasperating
If its working, its slow at best and the new version of time sheets STILL does not work but LOOK OUT if you need tech support…OMG 3.5 hours on the phone with a tech named Cherry, she knows NOTHING! My time and attendance still did not export and my payroll had to be keyed in manually! I get am email that my problem had be escalated and that someone would get back to me with in two business days…REALLY 2 business days…ok ill tell my staff to expect their checks 2 days late 🤦♀️🤷🏼♀️ i am now looking for a different time and attendance to use because my blood pressure can no longer take this…
