Auto debit not functioning

Understand from Time agent saying that to upgrade my current time from 100mbps to 209 mbps also require to change the account holder which sound weird and improper way .

The agent of time wifi not responsible. Even sign the contract for 2 years package of 600mbps and first 6 months RM99.However every month charge RM159 not including service charge. I already complain to the agent about the issue since the first month but always late to reply the message and finally tell me is the system error，the 2 years contract become 1 year. I need to pay RM168+ every month as their “system mistake”. and after a lot of my complain，finally they give me RM40 voucher for every month but I still need to overpay for the wifi fee😅.

I cannot log in due to it detected my account as business account. Chat bot is not helpful and taking long time to reply

Slow internet , customer services slow.

Human interaction and customer service in a humane manner is irrelevant and under the false advertisement law they are liable legally to answer the rule of law in which I don’t think it’s applicable in Malaysia as the customer service industry in this country is in a state of crisis from within as the country is not customer service oriented culturally

Since i first used this apps in September, i never been able to run diagnostic. It stated no connection to internet when i literally connected to the time wifi at home. Please fix this.
