Time magazine still celebrates vicious powerful people by calling them “Great” and putting them on the cover. They literally did this with Adolf Hitler. We are pasted these days. It’s time to let Time die with all the other outdated heartless publications.

Great app need audio in it

I was trying to change the font size but changing font size was not available in the pdf mode. How to change the font size on the text mode or psf mode? I am missing the older version which was perfect!!

Very intuitive and user friendly. I like how you can sign in with either your email or account number. I also like how the pages read when I turn my tablet from landscape to portrait and vise versa. In landscape the tablet screen displays two pages of the magazine whereas portrait shows one page, but scaled larger. I would suggest to allow readers to switch to dark mode while reading in the native pdf format. The app currently provides a dark mode option, however, the content switches as if reading a webpage. Great app overall.

1. Again, I can't view the latest issues on the TIME app on a perfectly updated iPhone 14, even though the September 30 and October 14 issues have been out for a while now, even though my subscription is good until March 2024! 2. I messaged Support a couple of weeks ago, and you asked me to try the "Synch your library" command, and it worked for the August 16th issue (which still doesn't show up in my library but is still readable because I archived it). The last issue that shows up in my library is August 26! 3. The September 30 and October 14 issues ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO ME BY PURCHASE! October 14 doesn't show up in Recent Issues. I have never had ANY trouble with my subscription on my NY Times app nor with my CNN and BBC apps. But over the years I have had A LOT trouble with the TIME app! I am VERY computer "literate" (former IT specialist and computer trainer for a large company, webmaster, Silicon Valley tech writer etc.). I believe the problem is that TIME simply doesn't care about its digital customers, which is sad, since people under 50 don't really want the paper magazine. After a very harsh review I wrote, it seemed as if TIME had actually listened to me (and probably hundreds of other angry customers), and I admit that the app has been stable for about 2 years. But it's USELESS AND FRUSTRATING now. Previous review: I think you guys really listened to my criticisms a couple of years ago, because I am finding this app to be just about perfect now. In the past, I had logon issues because of differences in the app and accessing via the Web, and also I had to logon after updates. That is no longer a problem, and I’m finding it’s very useful to have the whole paper magazine on my iPhone, every single page! Thank you TIME magazine. If you can find my old review, please delete it.

I enjoy reading the magazine on the app. However I often listen to my magazine at the gym. Unlike The Economist and The Atlantic, Time does NOT have an audio option.

The app won’t update purchases or sync even with reinstalling the app and performing multiple updates and multiple forced syncs. Steer clear of this app.

I am encountering the same technical issue that I faced last year. My subscription was renewed in June, but I have not been able to access the latest issues since then. When I try to download the latest issue, I am prompted to subscribe or purchase it. When I choose to subscribe, it indicates that I already have a subscription. However, I am still unable to access it because an error message pops up saying, "There appears to be a problem with your internet connection. Please try again later." Dealing with this recurring technical issue is very stressful, and I am uncertain if I want to renew my subscription due to this frustrating problem.

I can’t open up the latest issue...again. I can open past issues from the library but not the latest issue from the home screen. It’s happened before and I’ve tried all the tricks they’ve recommended. It has been fixed before, but still very frustrating Will just cancel if it continues. Sad to say

It is buried in the Text options for the articles. It sounds unnatural and makes mistakes (ex: pronouncing “Ally” as “Allee”). A better AI reader or a real person reading the article would be much better.
