I always have trouble downloading new editions for months and it does not seem to me that they have the speed to resolve the technical problem. I wanted to unsubscribe and refund but too bad they won’t let you do it. May be a hard copy buy each week can ensure that you have something to read or choose not to read.

I've got an all access account and usually read in the iPad app. After an update on 15th Sep, I cannot download any issue from the library, even though I signed in properly. I tried relaunching the app, signing out and signing in, redownloading the app. Nothing works. I found this issue has happened before. Frankly, it's irritating. Hope they work on the issue asap.
Although I have the digital account, I still cannot download the magazine. I followed their instruction in FAQ but still not working.

The app is good, but the text is image. It's hard to read when zoom in.
Video will be re-download sine beginning every time of screen rotating. Slow download of whole issue, but overall is good.
