Also the punches list from first to newest on the bottom. To check your punch you have to scroll all the way down. You should change the order so the newest punches are on top. This will save employee time scrolling to verify thier punch

It doesn’t work more than it works. Haven’t been able to use all week. It is a plan white screen.

This app is almost completely useless. The fact that you have to log in every time you need to clock in or out is so stupid. no pin enable or Face ID log in features available, what’s the point of this thing? Why even have an app that’s as incapable as this one? Makes no sense

Not messing with the login tbh

The app is already not great, but after yesterday’s update it does not allow you to use saved passwords. It’s a hassle for our employees that aren’t great with technology to login to the app now. Nobody is going to remember their login for this app! Fix it please!

Make it so we can save the passwords on Iphone, or just keep us logged in and its a five star app. But the fact that I have to spend 5 minutes of my break every day dealing with this is enough to infuriate me.

How do u even get this app to work on iOS?

It’s pretty annoying and frustrating that it logs you out every time you leave the app and you have to type in your log in info all the time. They need to add face recognition or at least remember the user name!

Employers ask employees to download this app for time keeping. When is employees cannot access it, it becomes a big problem/issue. Too many times THIS YEAR the app opens blank and the website on phone WILL NOT upload. This is not my phone-1% of the time, yes. Either way after EVERY “update” I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO reinstall this app to make it work again - which btw did not today.
