Timely - Salon & Spa Software

I was quite keen on this app until I was called by the sales rep multiple times. Unsolicited calling is not appropriate. It put me off your business it’s not a good marketing strategy. Emailing beforehand to ask if it’s ok to call would be polite.

Not sure how to add my own services

I have been using this system for over 5 years! Amazing!!! Always up to date, asks opinions for new add ons. Love the fact it’s compatible with I phone, tablet and computer. Makes business really easy, reminders for customers, which I set 2 days prior. Hardly ever get a no show! Thank you x

As a busy hairdresser I need the ability to have appointments being booked, without me answering the phone. Timely does this fantastically. Would definitely recommend.

I use this app for business. It's fantastic - our staff have user access to manage their own bookings but our management team have full access and control. We can manage group bookings and individual appointments. It also has a plugin to our POS software, this helps us manage our customers individual sales and appointments.

Amazing booking system for my busy salon ! My clients find it easy to use and excellent customer support given if needed at an amazing price , I couldn't live without it !!! It has lots of reports etc so you can see what treatments are most popular and it keeps a track on yearly figures as well as much much more - the best one I have ever used 😊

This is a great app easy to use and perfect for ease and convenience. A must have!
