This improved version of the TimeMoto app enables your employees to clock in and out, as well as view their worked hours with an optimized reliability! Not to mention your access as a Supervisor to a real-time attendance list. On top of this, THREE NEW FEATURES were added: absence request, fire roll call and geofencing. For use with the TimeMoto Cloud time and attendance system.

Absolut das Schlechtest
Weder Front - noch Backend funktionieren so, wie es 2024 zu erwarten wäre. Absolut das Schlechteste, was ich seit Jahren erlebt habe.
Absolut Unbrauchbar
Die App ist die Vollkatastrophe. Hab es bis jetzt noch nie geschafft dass die App beim ersten öffnen funktioniert, ständig bekommt man eine leere Seite. App schließen und wieder Öffnen dann geht es, zum teil lange Ladezeiten. Die Entwickler scheint es nicht zu interessieren.

Instabil und launisch
Dem Kommentar von kspcon ist eigentlich nichts mehr hinzuzufügen! Genau so verhält sich die App bei mir auf dem iPhone 13
Terminal ist der absolute Horror
Wir sind nur noch damit beschäftigt händisch online die Zeiten einzutragen. USB Updates unmöglich da das Gerät all unsere ausprobierten USB-Sticks nicht anerkennt. Einoggen und ausloggen funktioniert zur Zeit seit 2 Wochen nicht (noch ganz gut letztens waren es 2 Monate, bis ein Mitarbeiter sich am Telefon erbarmt ha, uns durch die Informatik zu delegieren und uns irgendwelche Codes nannte die einzugeben seinen) Absolute Enttäuschung.
Nicht nutzbar
Sowohl die App als auch das gesamte Zeiterfassungssystem sind ein Witz. Die App öffnet sich sehr oft leer und registriert Buchungen nicht. Für uns als mittelständischen Betrieb eine Katastrophe.

50% der Funktionen gehen nicht, die restlichen 50% gehen nur wenn man die App Hundertmal neustartet…
Ich kann nicht meckern
Also auf meinem iPhone 11 Pro Max läuft die App absolut problemlos. Klar, dass ich mich bei Verwendung der App orten lassen muss, wenn es vom Arbeitgeber so verlangt wird. Wäre ja auch blöd, wenn man sich zu Hause für seine Arbeit in der Firma einchecken könnte. Aber all diese Dinge kann man ja als Chef (Manager) in der Software einstellen. Ich kann bisher nicht meckern, bei mir funktioniert bis jetzt alles super!
Fehlerhaft und unübersichtlich
Leider funktioniert die App zum Einloggen nicht. „Standortdaten“ seien nicht korrekt. Obwohl beim AG kein Standort hinterlegt wurde. Daher nutzt man den Browser Login. Die Browserversion ist für Safari nicht optimiert, daher kann man sich nicht alles anzeigen lassen (Resturlaub, Saldo). In der App werden jedoch nicht alle Informationen dargestellt. Wie man es macht, es ist sehr umständlich und sollte dringend überarbeitet werden.
