Well, first of all, I never subscribed for this app, my child accidentally downloaded it, and next morning I found out that I paid for it for the whole year. Well, I thought ok, maybe it’s useful. But it is totally useless, not structured, my child was always confused, but she did here something from time to time. And finally a few last months we are not even able to play it, because it’s abrupts and doesn’t open any games. So, this was a total waste of money, and it wasn’t cheap.

Мне не нужно приложение на год! Очень дорого, готова поменять хотя бы на месяц. Приложение не понравилось половина на корейском, очень мало интересного за такую цену!

Never subscribe or use this application!!!
Never even open it, because as you open, money automatically leave your account. And there is no button “to delete subscription” on page of subscriptions in your mobile. Developers never answer emails, it’s possible to delete only calling Apple support. Don’t waste your money and time!!!!!

Добрый день! Отменяли подписку. Закончилась 11.06.19 и возобновлять ее не собирались. Сегодня 23.06.19 опять списалась оплата за целый год! 😡 как мне отменить подписку навсегда и вернуть деньги?! Очень жду ответа

Установила приложение, один раз зашла, не стала пользоваться, через некоторое время без моего ведома сняли деньги с карты за годовую подписку!!! 5400₽!!

Тестировали вместе с ребёнком пробный период, большинство игр на Английском по этому отписалась, но каким то образом подписка возобновилась и не на месяц а сразу на год, это ужас какой то списали 5 с лишним тысяч и не кто не может мне помочь их вернуть , короче развод жёсткий !!!
