Excellent app and receiving the daily alert letting me know of the things to come and also with how to manage what we have, I've recommended to others. The app was working very well, still does on my iPad 10.5 and my iPhone, but does not open on my 9.7 iPad. I’ve deleted few time and installed but refuses to open. Why? 3.1.2019. Today I’ve tried to open the app on my new 12.9” iPad 2018 and it just won’t, I’ve gone into app search and still the same, why, please let me know, 20.1.2019. I find that this app now won’t work on my iPad 10.5” I deleted and have reinstalled this morning and I see it still fails to open. It has been working very well in the past, I wonder why we are now having trouble. Has not been fixed and now I’ve lost it on an older iPad. Why? 24.1.2019. All I can say, this still does not work on any iPad but luckily it does on my iPhone 📱 so I saw and updated to today’s iOS 12.1.3. I removed the app and reinstalled but still won’t open. Please do something as it’s been quite long now. Still doesn’t work on the iPads, lucky to have it still on the iPhone. I’m missing my daily review. As of today 31.1.2019. This does not now work on the iPads and when do we expect something is done about it I reduced my rating to this. 6.1.2019. Thank you for this latest updates, I’m very pleased 😁 to have this working again, now also on my new iPad 12.9’’ and again on my iPad 10.5 ‘’. I’ve recommended to many to use this and know about use of iPhone and iPad. A great app to have.

This app no longer opens after update

Cannot get the App to open on my iPad Pro despite reloading. Disappointed. Can anybody help please.

Have used this great app for ages. Bought the pro version then updated the IOS and have not been able to open any version. Have done all the recommended fixes to no avail. Hope this post gets the problem rectified as I miss all the news, tips etc

One of my most used and useful apps. I teach seniors to use iPads etc, and frequently use materials sourced from this app. I read it every day to keep abreast of Apple developments and news. Quite brilliant.

I really like using this app to stay up to date with everything in the world of Apple and IOS. I like that it has notifications which take me to very informative news items as well as to tips that are extremely helpful. This is what Apple’s help system should look like (even on the Mac)!

It's amazing how much I've found out about getting the best out of my iPhone & iPad, without having to sit down & laboriously read through a manual. The tips & reminders come up in daily bite-sized chunks. Takes the pain out of it! There's also info on all things Apple, (if you're interested) & on apps (very useful). Trying to get my wife to get it - she tends to just use things without getting the most out of them!!

This is a great app. I have learned to do so much by reading this. Short, straightforward information

I really like this app. I don't need all of the apps described but they are all full of information and I Iearn a great deal.
