Notifications no longer work on the updated iOS, in trying to report the defect I was unable to find any proper channel to provide the critical feedback. Additionally, times and updates are often off the in the app. While this may seem inconsequential it’s concerning given that these updates and notifications are critical when it comes to the safety of a daycare attendee and his/her daily routine.

i love the interface but, notifications are delayed and come all at once. the date can’t be changed. it has all kinds of problems please fix this.

Why is this app such trash? No working push notifications. App doesn’t consistently load. Support page doesn’t even work. You’d think for an app that is supposed to help people track their kids at daycare they’d at least have working push notifications.

I can’t even get past registration! I have sent 2 messages for help, my husband has sent a message, and so the the school. No one has responded to any of us and I still can’t get it set up, my child has been there for almost 2 weeks now! So frustrating

Notifications are currently not working for newer iOS/iPhones. The developer support link is broken to report the issue

Upon on entering the email address and with out any type of authentication, the day care center associated with such email will immediately be revealed. And it still crashes when opening the app from an banner notification which requires restarting of the app to unstuck.

I love the app! Makes everything so much easier. I can see pictures, put his attendance way before for like any vacation. The only down side is the app since I got the iPhone 14 Pro is not notifying me any update on my baby. I have to log in and actually see what they are doing.

Love the app, it’s a great way to see how the kids are doing all day. I wish there was a way to leave messages or communicate directly to their teacher. Maybe add a picture of the teacher along with it. As for pictures of the kids, if I scroll through them, open a picture then hit the back button, it brings you back to the beginning, I wish I could just go right back to where I left off scrolling. Also would be awesome to have an area to talk to the other parents, get to know them and chat, so we can maybe set up play dates, talk about snacks or meal preps, even ask for help with hair styles or tantrums. That would be awesome!!

The app needs some work. Things like the ability to upload a photo of your child under their respective profile, is not possible because it’s missing the behavior to allow an upload when you tap the default profile photo. This app would benefit from some thorough testing to improve simple features for the user.

Notifications are usually late and come all at once at times. It makes it look like nothing has been uploaded for some time and then the pictures appear. This is a big deal, please fix this.
